Two new show homes set to open in Thorpe Hesley

Jones Homes is set to unveil two new show homes at its Wentworth View development in Thorpe Hesley.

The Bowdon and The Latchford II will be open for appointment-only viewings from the end of this month, with social distancing measures in place.

Jones Homes is building 144 new homes at Wentworth View, off Upper Wortley Road, with a range of three, four and five-bedroom houses currently available to purchase.

The contributions include £250,000 towards education, £72,000 towards sustainable travel and around £400,000 in the form of a Community Infrastructure Levy.
