We’ve had an amazing experience and so much support from Denise with our move to a Jones’s home. We never thought it would happen and we visited the site every weekend and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is very knowledgeable and a lovely person, we are very happy to be in our home.

It is near to Poulton, which is why we moved there in the first place. It is well laid out - more so than the other sites. You don't feel like you are crammed on top of each other. It is really nice... We received everything that we wanted. It has been perfect.

Absolutely fantastic customer care from both the Sales advisor (Janette A.) and the site manager Billy L. (Site manager). Janette was very helpful and patient with us by walking us through all the extras and choices for selecting materials for our new home. She was great at communicating the progress of the build with us and any additional information Jones Homes required as part of the buying process. Billy has been great at addressing any additional issues with the house after moving in (of which they were all minor and very quickly fixed). All in all very positive experience.

Janette and Billy were so friendly and helpful and the whole experience benefited from that.could not have wished for more Janette went above and beyond. Good family firm well built houses not thrown up like some companies.

Really helpful all round at Wentworth View. From the initial purchase to completion everything has been extremely straight forward and everyone very helpful. The few very minor bits after completion are all being sorted by Neil, Sam and the rest of the staff who have been great.

Jones Homes 5* - Wow! After visiting the Teasel Green site by Jones Homes, we were amazed, awed and astounded at the quality of the build of the site and show home. The site is prestige and is clearly kept neat and tidy by all who work there. Also, the show home is the best I have ever visited. In terms of quality the show home felt solid and in terms of decor it was tasteful and exquisite. We were amazed by the attention to detail in the kitchen and the quality of the fittings and the large appliances. After walking around the show home, Janet couldn’t have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the company and each style of house that would be available on this site! We had an amazing experience and would recommend Jones Homes to friends and family, which we already have!

Philippa and the sales teams guided us through every step of the process and took the stress out of buying our brand new home. The build is very high quality and were pleasantly surprised at the handover. The attention to detail was pleasing and the house looks beautiful.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Jones Home that we moved into on the 15th September. We waited a long time for it after Beaumont Grange was first announced in 2020, but we wanted a woods facing Banbury on the second phase so it was a long wait but well worth it! We couldn't be happier with it, it's beautiful and just what we wanted. This is my second Jones Home as I moved from Arundel Park in the same village having lived there for nearly 10 years, and we've now upgraded to a bigger one together. The service again has been excellent and our sales adviser Philippa Ingram has just been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is fantastic at her job and also the loveliest person, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her over the last couple of years and she made things really easy. The after care so far has been great, Alan the site manager and Dave the assistant manager are great to deal with. Everyone is really nice, friendly and on the ball. Our new house is everything we wanted and is just beautiful, I'm sure we will be very happy here for many years to come.

Staff at Jones Homes demonstrated excellent communication and patience during our buying process when it took longer than we planned due to issues within our chain. Prior to moving in, the handover meeting was clear and detailed and we were encouraged to ask questions if we had any. We received a very warm welcome on the day we moved in to our new home. Since moving in, any snagging issues so far have been either looked into and / or dealt with promptly. We have found all staff / builders we have come into contact with, extremely approachable and understanding, in particular Jas (in the Sales Office), Carl (Site Manager) and Brandon (Assistant Site Manager) have all been very helpful indeed and continue to be so. As for the site, we love the style of properties Jones Homes build especially as they put emphasis on the look of the houses and gardens, even planting shrubs in the front gardens to enhance the look of the estate.

Love our new home. We moved into our new home 2 months ago and love it! We have snags as expected but Jones Homes have been really responsive in rectifying any issues. The whole team on site work really hard to make sure you are welcomed and settling into your new home.

We do like everything about it. I like the bifold doors, the kitchen, the layout of the home, the en suite bedroom, and the bathroom. Our son previously bought from another new build developer, and there is a massive difference in the quality. It is because of the quality of the build. We are very happy with our new house.

We moved into our new build at Hillside Way a couple of weeks ago and we love our new home. Our sales advisor, Sandra, kept us updated throughout the process and continues to check in with us even after the move. Moved in 10 weeks ago! Couldn't have asked for a better service. Jas and Lyndsey looked after us brilliantly whilst buying, selling and moving in and always on hand if we needed advice and/or a cup of tea. Site manager Carl personally took responsibility of any issues we had with the house, of which there were less than 10 in total and delegated tasks to different tradespeople, always a happy chappy and literally could not do more to help us with anything we needed, things take a little time sometimes but we are always informed about timescale so its never a problem. We love our new home and neighbourhood and the Jones Homes team are still on hand if we need anything. I think we would struggle to find a more knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth team who have made a very stressful move (due to solicitors) the best it can possibly be. Thank you!

It is a lot more spacious than a lot of the other new sites in terms of the space between the houses and the road size.

I liked the ease of going through the process and the communication throughout and the quality of the home.

No pushy sales and never felt pressured to proceed. Action taken straight away when small problems were reported. Quality of our new home is much more than other builders we looked at. More space and more higher end items included as a standard e.g. big shower head on showers
