Two homes have now been released for sale and ready to reserve and move into.

Reservations for these two homes are subject to qualification (qualified persons) and Terms & Conditions apply.

What is a Qualified Person?

Person(s) approved in writing by the HM, have shown they need housing, will live in the affordable housing as their main or only home and have a community connection.

How do I Qualify for One of These Homes?

To qualify, you must either:

1. Currently lives, or has lived in the Wilmslow parish, or a neighbouring parish for at least the last two years in a row.

2. Have close family (sibling, child, parent, step-parent, or adoptive parent) who has lived in this parish or a neighbouring parish for at least five years.

3. Have a permanent job with contract of employment within this parish or a neighbouring parish.

4. Consideration will be prioritised for those with dependant children.
