Launch visitors among first to find out all about homes at new Eggborough development

Housebuyers had the chance to find out more about the new properties being built at Teasel Green in Eggborough at an exclusive launch event.

Jones Homes is building the development of 30 homes on land off Weeland Road at the north-western edge of the village.

With construction work now underway, the housebuilder hosted an event for prospective purchasers at the Stables Tearoom at Carlton Towers, Carlton, on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 September.

It was an opportunity for those interested in the range of three, four and five-bedroom properties being built at the site to find out more, speak to a sales advisor and pick up a brochure and price list, in a relaxed atmosphere with tea and cake.

Potential buyers were also able to set up one-to-one appointments which kept the team busy over both days.

Planning permission for the development, which will also include an area of public open space, was granted in March last year. The keys to the first completed properties are due to be handed over to their new owners in December this year.
