Jones Homes to launch flagship development in Wilmslow this weekend
A flagship new development of 175 homes in Wilmslow is being showcased to the public this weekend.
Jones Homes will be officially unveiling the show home at its Sunfield development at a launch event taking place from Friday 19 until Sunday 21 January.
Potential buyers will be able to take a first look inside the five-bedroom detached Latchford II show home and find out more about the range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties being built at the site.
Jones Homes is building 122 houses for private sale and 53 affordable homes for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership at Sunfield. The development off Coppice Way will also feature green open space, ponds, and a children’s play area.
Simon Whalley, Sales Director of Jones Homes North West, said: “This event will provide the first opportunity for people to visit the development in person and get a feel for what living here will be like. Visitors will have a chance to look around our stylish show home which will be available to view for the first time.
“To celebrate the launch of our new five-bedroom Latchford II show home there will be Champagne and canapes for our visitors, so we hope people in the area who are interested in the homes we are building here will come along and join us for the occasion.”
All homes at Sunfield will have air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and electric vehicle charging points installed as standard and all the detached properties will have underfloor heating on the ground floor.
Representatives from heat pump manufacturer Vaillant will be attending the launch event to explain how air source heat pumps work and to answer any questions about the low-carbon heating system.
Mortgage experts from Pioneer Mortgages will also be on hand throughout the weekend to offer advice on the best deals currently available, while potential buyers will also be able to find out more about Agency Assist. This Jones Homes scheme helps customers sell their old property while offering up to £3,000 towards their estate agent fees.
A selection of three and five-bedroom properties are already available for sale, with prices starting from £419,950.
The show home launch will take place from 2:30pm until 6pm on the Friday and from 11am until 5pm on the Saturday and Sunday
