Homes to unveil show apartments at Sanctuary Court

Jones Homes is launching two show apartments at its Sanctuary Court development in Wilmslow next month (May).

The two properties are being unveiled to showcase the range of one and two-bedroom apartments available to active adults aged 55 and over.

A total of 38 apartments are being built at Sanctuary Court, which is located on Jamie Webb Drive off Coppice Way. The development sits within Jones Homes’ Sanctuary Wilmslow development, an exclusive gated community for the over 55s.

The one and two-bedroom apartments will be officially launched to the public at an event running from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 May, when prospective buyers will get the first chance to look inside the decorated and fully furnished properties, whilst enjoying a glass of bubbles and some light refreshments.

During the launch, visitors will be able to speak to representatives from Jones Homes’ Agency Assist partners, New Home Solutions, to find out more about how the Agency Assist scheme could help them to sell their existing property.
