Construction work of Jones Homes @ Last Drop Village in Bromley Cross is complete

Construction is complete at Jones Homes’ The Grange and Sanctuary@ Last Drop Village development in Bolton.

The homebuilder has completed 98 homes over two schemes, off Hospital Road in Bromley Cross, where work began in 2022. Now the final touches are being carried out.

The development is part of the company’s Last Drop Village project, which also includes Sanctuary – a 41-home gated development for the over-55s.

The final six homes at the developments are now available for sale. This includes three Moreton cottages, each with three bedrooms, in the over 55s community at Sanctuary. At The Grange, there are three detached homes for sale, each with four bedrooms.

Jones Homes has been awarded five-star builder status by the Home Builders Federation. This is given to homebuilders where at least 90 per cent of customers filling in their customer satisfaction survey would recommend the company to a friend. Jones Homes North West achieved a 100 per cent customer satisfaction score.
