Bowland Rise in Dolphinholme has welcomed Debbie and Duncan as the first residents to move into their brand-new Jones Homes property on this charming cul-de-sac development.

A Dream Home in a Familiar Place

Duncan and Debbie were already familiar with the charm of Dolphinholme village, having lived there previously. However, they desired a modern upgrade, and Bowland Rise’s stunning contemporary new homes perfectly fit the bill. The couple were particularly drawn to the Bentley S house type, which offered a dedicated study – ideal for a home office – and a wonderfully spacious open-plan living area at the rear. This design element appealed not only because it creates a bright and airy feel, but their chosen home also boasts beautiful views into the garden and across the rolling green hills of the Bowland Fells beyond.

The close proximity to the Fleece Inn, the beloved village pub and general store, was another big plus for Duncan and Debbie. Their decision to choose a Jones Homes property was further solidified by their daughter’s positive experience living in a Jones Homes property in Poulton-le-Fylde and both Duncan and Debbie stated they were particularly impressed with the exceptional service they received throughout the entire homebuying process from Sharon in Sales and their site manager Barrie.

Love at First Sight (and Second!)

Having been the first to express interest in Bowland Rise in Dolphinholme as soon as plans were submitted, Duncan and Debbie were instrumental in kicking off the development’s journey. They quickly took a trip to see a variety of Jones homes. However, after seeing the Bentley show home on another development, they instantly fell in love with the spacious family room featuring bi-fold doors and skylights that flooded the space with natural daylight. So a decision to secure their perfect plot with an early-bird reservation was quickly made.

A New Chapter Begins

Duncan and Debbie and Border Terrier Tilly couldn’t be happier with their new home at Bowland Rise. They’ve received excellent service from Jones Homes and secured a beautiful property in a location they adore. They now look forward to welcoming their new neighbours, soon to be joining them at Bowland Rise.
