Thank you once again for the highest rating for Customer Satisfaction!

In the Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction survey, over 90% of our customers said they would recommend us to a friend.

We are delighted to have received the highest achievable accolade awarded in the annual industry ratings published each March.

The ratings are determined by responses to the NHBC Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is sent to every customer after they move into their new home.

The rating means anyone considering buying a new build home from Jones Homes can buy with confidence knowing that over 90% of buyers would be happy to recommend us based on their own experience.

Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) said: “Over recent years there has been a huge industry focus on service and quality and this is the fourth year in a row where over 90% of new home buyers would recommend their builder to a friend.

“For a company to achieve 5-star levels of satisfaction is a significant achievement and shows the commitment from everyone within the organisation to the customer.”

The HBF Five Star Builder award reflects the hard work and commitment of all our teams. We would like to thank every member of staff and every sub-contractor for Jones Homes, whose commitment and attention to detail have helped us to secure our five-star rating.
