Housebuyers in Thorpe Hesley offered ‘Helping Hand’ to get onto the property ladder
Customers at Jones Homes’ Wentworth View development in Thorpe Hesley can benefit from a new scheme aimed at helping housebuyers onto the property ladder.
The family-owned housebuilder has launched its ‘Helping Hand’ initiative to provide tailored support to enable purchasers to overcome the obstacles they may be facing when trying to buy a house.
Assistance could come in a variety of ways, including deposit top-ups and support with initial mortgage repayments or fees.
Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director at Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “As a family-owned business, we appreciate the pressures that many households are currently facing on their finances due to the rising cost of living and higher interest rates.
“Many people may see the current economic climate as a barrier to them getting onto the property ladder so we want to do what we can to help those aspiring buyers achieve their dream of home ownership.
“While it’s not unusual for housebuilders to offer specific incentives to customers, what makes ‘Helping Hand’ different is its flexibility. Rather than offering a defined one-size-fits-all solution, the support offered through the scheme can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual buyer.”
The ‘Helping Hand’ scheme is available at selected Jones Homes developments, including Wentworth View in Thorpe Hesley, where a selection of three and five-bedroom homes priced from £265,995 are currently for sale.
Jones Homes is building 144 homes at Wentworth View, on land off Upper Wortley Road.
