New appointment within housebuilder’s Sales and Marketing team

Jones Homes Southern has expanded its sales and marketing department with the appointment of a new staff member.

Kari Rees has been taken on as Regional Marketing Co-ordinator at the housebuilder’s Swanley-based regional headquarters.

Her new role will see her co-ordinate sales and marketing at all sites across the Jones Homes Southern region, including Folders Grove in Burgess Hill, Shurland Park in Minster on Sea, Walnut Grange in Hoo St Werburgh and Westwood Park in Lenham.

Kari, 29, joined Jones Homes after leaving her role of four years as a sales and marketing co-ordinator with another developer. In her new role, Kari has full responsibility for the coordination and production of digital sales and marketing literature. This includes maintaining the company website and creating brochures whilst also being heavily involved with show homes and organising signage.

Kari, who lives in Maidstone and started out in her career at 17 as an administrator for an estate agency, said: “I’ve worked in the industry for quite a few years now, so this marks an important step in my career. I am looking forward to honing my skills and building on my experience with a reputable housebuilder like Jones Homes.

“While working as a PA for another developer, I ended up gravitating towards marketing and found a real passion for it. I have a great deal of experience in the property sector which I am looking forward to channelling into my new role.

“Jones Homes offers a great specification of home and I truly believe in the product. I’m looking forward to establishing myself in my new role and hope to have a long and successful career with the company.”
