All homes sold at exclusive Harthill development

Luxury Harthill housing development Hillside Green is now completely sold out.

Jones Homes has delivered 24 new homes at Hillside Green, off Winney Hill at the southern edge of the village.

All 18 properties for private sale, a mix of four and five-bedroom detached houses, have now been purchased. A further six homes have been provided as affordable housing for local people.

As part of the planning agreement for the development, Jones Homes has contributed £89,000 to the local area to support and develop local infrastructure.

The financial contributions for Hillside Green include £12,000 towards sustainable transport and £77,000 in the form of a Community Infrastructure Levy that was paid directly to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
