First new homes reserved at Treeton development
Following high demand for new homes at Beaumont Grange in Treeton, Jones Homes has released the first selection of homes ahead of schedule.
A selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes have been released onto the market at the development, the first three of which have already been snapped up by eager house hunters before the development sales office even opened its doors.
Situated off Wood Lane, Beaumont Grange will eventually comprise 94 new homes, including 71 for private sale and 23 affordable properties for rent or shared ownership.
No stranger to Treeton, Beaumont Grange is Jones Homes’ fourth development in the village, where it delivered its first new homes in 1999.
Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “We have a rich history in Treeton, and we look forward to continuing that proud tradition at our newest development in the village.
“Beaumont Grange features a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes, which will help to meet the ongoing demand for new housing in this sought-after location.
“After more than 20 years in Treeton, we are committed to investing in the area, and we are also making significant financial contributions towards infrastructure upgrades and local facilities.”
As part of the planning agreements for Beaumont Grange, Jones Homes is contributing £34,000 towards affordable housing in the area, £165,000 for education and £47,000 towards sustainable travel.
Additionally, Jones Homes is contributing £275,000 to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council through a Community Infrastructure Levy to fund local infrastructure improvements.
Jayne said: “A selection of homes are currently available to purchase at Beaumont Grange, and until we can open our sales centre on-site, buyers can view our plans and reserve their new home from nearby Van Dyk Village.
“With our show home and sales office expected to open their doors in April, the homes currently available to purchase at Beaumont Grange are still available at pre-showhome prices. I would encourage any interested buyers to call the site to speak to one of our sales advisors directly to find out more.”
Prices at Beaumont Grange start at £244,995 for The Baycliffe, a three-bedroom semi-detached home with a private driveway.
Jones Homes’ previous three developments in Treeton were Beaumont Park, Arundel Park and Wood Lane.
When construction work is complete at Beaumont Grange, Jones Homes will have delivered a total of 487 new homes in Treeton.
