The results of the survey are derived from homeowners, perhaps the most critical judges. Housebuilders are required to score over 90% to achieve the highest star rating of five stars.
The star rating scheme was introduced by the Home Builders Federation with the purpose of driving up customer service standards. Highly regarded in the industry and by the Government, the true reputation of housebuilders is reflected in the results as homebuyers ultimately confirm if they would recommend their builder to others.

The Year 4 children planted the time capsule at the stunning development as part of their ‘History of Eccleston’ project, for which the eight and nine year olds researched the rich history of the region.
The burial of the time capsule at Eccleston Grange is also a fitting gesture for Jones Homes, marking the first new build development in the village in more than 10 years.
The children noted down their favourite memories of Eccleston and placed them in the time capsule, which will remain buried at the Eccleston Grange indefinitely.
